GENERAL CONDITIONS & REFUND / RETURN POLICY :
We at Shreeji Trendz., reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Some products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in our stock. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s OR mobile screen’s display of any color will be accurate. We also believe that all those who browse through our product online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the color of actual products ordered.
Refund is not applicable if any item is not in its original condition or is damaged or any parts are missing for the reasons not due to my error or any item is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
To return your product, you need to inform us (via Call/Whatsapp) the reason for returning the product. We have rights to decide whether you are eligible for refund or replacement as per conditions of the product. You should inform us & mail/dispatch your product to our registered address. Also You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or the amount credited to the next purchase, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
■ SHIPPING POLICY :
We dispatch our products to most states and cities within India. Since courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, it is necessary when buying through the site/direct to enter your street address along with pin/zip code and your direct contact number.
Deliveries are generally done during the normal business hours of courier companies. There are no pick-ups on Sundays and public holidays at our end, as our logistics partners do not provide service on those days.
■ ORDER STATUS :
We are with good business terms with Professional courier. The status of your order can be tracked by signing in to the professional Courier’s website with your Parcel Identity number provided by Us.
■ INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES :
Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, viz. wherein the address and zip code do not match. In such cases we will not bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, this will be entirely to the customer’s account.
Please therefore ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly.
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will need to pay re-shipping charges for that consignment.
■ SHIPPING ADDRESSES :
Shipping address is the address at which customers wish to receive the products they have Purchased/Booked.
■ DELIVERY POLICIES :
Delivery : Once payment is clear, We execute the order same day itself or next working day and after that it takes 1-2 days (within mumbai), 2-3 days (other states) and 10–12 days (other countries) for delivery depending on location. All transportation and courier charges are to be borne and paid by you.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: Firstly, to process your order & Secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will e-mail you our new designs periodically through email or WhatsApp, if it is unlike to you, you can unsubscribe it in the future.

■ Full Postal Address with Pin code and Nearest Landmark.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.
